• Payment details (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store card numbers)

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:

• General location (city/region level — not your precise address)
• Device type and browser information

This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Squarespace's built-in analytics. See Section 4 for full details on cookies.

Google as a data recipient

5. Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace processes data on our behalf as our hosting and e-commerce platform. You can review Squarespace's privacy practices at squarespace.com/privacy.

Payment processing is handled by Squarespace's integrated payment system. Wild Rue Events does not have access to your full payment card details.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and inquiry information for as long as is necessary to fulfill your request and comply with any applicable record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted from our GA4 property.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection), and access to any stored customer data is limited to Wild Rue Events personnel who need it to fulfill your booking.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of analytics tracking via the cookie banner or Google's opt-out tool
